CrossFit - A Coach-Led Group CrossFit Class where each class is run by a coach who guides you through the workout and tailors the workout to meet each individual's goals.
Community Led - A Group CrossFit Class where each class is run by a leader in the community. The Workout of the Day is on the whiteboard, The Warm Up and Skill work is led by a fellow community member, then together as a community, it's 3- 2-1 GO!
*Recommended for those with more than 3+ months of CrossFit experience or accompanied by someone who has.
LIFT - A Group CrossFit Class dedicated to weightlifting, with the primary objective of developing strength, mastering mechanics, and fostering confidence.
Open Gym - An unstructured time where the gym is available to members to work on skills, get some extra individual training or hit a workout that might have been missed earlier in the week.
HYROX - Blends strength, power, endurance and grit. This cardio-meets-lifting class is geared to make you sweat.
BOOTCAMP - A sweaty, high-energy mix of strength and cardio, no barbells, just fun, challenging workouts that keep you moving.
