A specialized small group training class geared for teens. Each 60-minute class, for 6 weeks, consists of movement preparation, mobility drills, and speed and agility work. In addition, athletes will be introduced to strength training and weightlifting practices where they will train and lift while demonstrating safe and proper techniques under the supervision of a trainer.
