A specialized small group training class geared for the Grade 7 & 8 youth athletes. Each 60-minute class, for 6 weeks, consists of movement preparation mobility drills, and speed and agility work. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CrossFit - A Coach-Led Group CrossFit Class where each class is run by a coach who guides you through the workout and tailors the workout to meet each individual's goals.
CrossFit Community Led * - This class is Group-led. It differs slightly from the Coach-led group CrossFit classes in that together as a Community it's 3- 2-1 GO! The Warm Up and WOD will be on the board, and when you are ready, together as a community, you will support, lead, encourage and workout together.
*Recommended for those with more than 3+ months CrossFit experience or accompanied by someone who has. Must have a min registration of 2 (no one is to workout alone).
Open Gym - An unstructured time where the gym is available to members to work on skills, get some extra individual training or hit a workout that might have been missed earlier in the week.
COBE LIFT- A Group CrossFit Class that focuses primarily on weightlifting aiming to enhance technique and strength capacity.
Open Gym LIFT- An Open Gym time slot dedicated primarily to weightlifting.

Add an aWe know that in any given class there will be members of all different levels, experience and comfort. What’s most important is that each individual challenges themselves to their respective capacity, and does so in a safe and beneficial way. To support this, every class at CrossFit COBE has three workout options, to ensure the intended stimulus is met; additional modifications and adjustments can be made to tailor the work for the athlete.
Membership Structure: Flexibility to accommodate busy lives is a top priority. But like a CrossFit class, no two circumstances are the same. Because of this, we have built our membership pricing structure to be flexible and thoughtful of different member availability. We want you to only pay for what you use, after you use it. We don’t want you to ever feel like you are not getting value, or feel the stress of a pending date of expiration.
Monthly Membership Fee: Because CrossFit COBE is a cozy 1200 sq ft box, we will be managing our membership numbers closely to do our best to ensure there is access to the class you want. As a result, we are introducing a monthly membership fee ($50/month +HST). to be part of our community. A COBE membership will allow you to book classes as desired and will provide access to our farm grounds, special events, seminars and more. In addition, there are a number of member benefits, including loyalty swag, monthly friends & family free trial passes, and entry into the CrossFit Open (Paid for by CrossFit COBE!!)
Pay As You Go: Like many of you, we have busy and unpredictable schedules. In the past, this often resulted in missing a bunch of classes each month, and not getting value for the membership fee. A few times it meant losing the remaining classes on a punch pass because it expired before they could be used. Pay As You Go is how CrossFit COBE will make sure that never happens to you. Once a member, you will only pay for the classes you attend.
You would be billed at the start of each month for the membership fee and based on the number and type of classes you attended the month before.

Weekend Warrior: Designed for those who can only make it on Saturdays and Sundays. This has a reduced membership fee ($30/month +HST) and the Pay As You Go becomes unlimited after reaching a max value of $75 in classes
